Well Refined Mexican Spirits
El Güel is a collection of Mexican spirits created specifically for house pours. El Güel spirits are all affordable, of highest quality and authentically Mexican. We choose the best producers and ensure fair pay, sustainability and transparency. The name “El Güel” (pronounced /el wel/) is our homage to the myriad people of Mexican heritage in the US hospitality industry as it is just a Spanish-ization of "house pours."
Gin
Gin infused with cempasúchil (Mexican Marigold also known as Day of the Dead flower) and chamomile. Made in CDMX.
Sotol
Sotol made from a less common variety called Dasylirion Leiophyllum also known as “Green Sotol” or “Sotol Suave” for its solf notes of wet desert and ash.
Tequila
Made with 100% blue agave with no diffusers and no additives at woman-owned distillery.
Triple Sec
Bringing back the "Original Margarita" with a high-quality Triple Sec made with oranges from Mexico's self-proclaimed "Orange Capital of the World."
Licor de Hierbas
Tapping into the carajillo fervor, the Licor de Hierbas is a "secret" concoction of vanilla and endemic Mexican herbs. Made in CDMX.
